Where our work stops.
We research, prepare and introduce. We do not represent players and we do not perform the regulated activity of a football agent.
When a piece of work reaches the point where representation is required — negotiating on a player's behalf, or acting for a party in a transfer — a licensed FIFA Football Agent takes it from there. In many mandates that agent is the client themselves.
We are equally willing to connect a club with a licensed agent or an independent scout where that is the right answer. Being useful is more valuable to us than being in the middle.
Bestway Football is not a FIFA Football Agent and does not carry out football agent activity. Where a mandate requires services reserved for a licensed football agent, those services are performed directly by an appropriately licensed FIFA Football Agent. No outcome is guaranteed. We are engaged for work and coordination, not for results that depend on clubs, markets or third parties.
